All prices are listed and billed in United States dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify prices, correct pricing errors, and discontinue or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.

We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Product descriptions and specifications are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Payment

Payment is processed at the time of order through our payment provider. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the full order amount, including shipping and any applicable taxes.

6. Shipping and delivery

Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States. We typically process orders within 2 business days. Delivery within the continental United States generally takes 3 to 21 business days after processing; international orders generally take 1 to 6 weeks. Express shipping is available at checkout.

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your device for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return and receive a refund. A restocking fee of 15% is deducted from the refund amount. Returns requested after 30 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Returned products must be in resalable condition with all original components and packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
