Which device is right for my home?
The Active Oxygen Home Air Purifier (Z-72) is our full-size device, built for the room where you spend the most time. The Portable model suits people who move between rooms or travel, and the Car & Travel unit is our smallest. Call us and we will help you choose.
Where is my order?
We process orders within 2 business days and email tracking as soon as your device ships. If your tracking has not arrived, email us your order number and we will look into it right away.
How do I return a device?
Contact us within 30 days of purchase to start a return under our money-back guarantee. A 15% restocking fee applies. Returns after 30 days are considered case by case.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship across the United States and internationally, primarily via UPS. Shipping is free within the US; international rates are calculated at checkout.
