We recommend changing your filters approximately every 10 to 12 months, depending on daily usage. Your device has a filter replacement indicator to remind you.

All orders are billed in US dollars (USD).

If you are not satisfied with your ZMedic Air device for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return and receive a refund. A restocking fee of 15% is deducted from the refund amount.

Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify's PCI-compliant secure checkout. Your card details are encrypted and are never stored on our servers.

We ship across the United States and internationally. We primarily use UPS as our shipping partner - if UPS can reach you, we can ship to you.

Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States.

International shipping is calculated at checkout. Please note you are responsible for any import duties or customs fees charged by your country.

We typically process orders within 2 business days.

Orders within the continental United States usually arrive within 3 to 21 business days once processed and shipped. International orders take approximately 1 to 6 weeks.

Deliveries to remote areas are handled case by case - contact us for an estimate. Express shipping is available at checkout.

Once your order is processed we send a confirmation email containing tracking information from our shipping partner, so you can follow your device on its way to you.
